California Attorney General Rob Bonta has filed a lawsuit against real estate mogul Mike Nijjar and his family, alleging they have rented out unsafe and uninhabitable units, disregarded tenants’ requests for repairs, and failed to eradicate pests, causing harm and anguish to tenants.
