California Attorney General Rob Bonta and Governor Gavin Newsom have filed a lawsuit against President Trump’s unlawful use of power to impose tariffs and direct the Department of Homeland Security and Customs and Border Patrol to implement and enforce those tariffs without the consent of Congress.
