North America’s biggest dinosaur adventure to hold a day of dino-mite activities with free virtual events, dino storytime and one-day-only ticket discounts. For 2023, Jurassic Quest has partnered with the creators of the popular dinosaur podcast I Know Dino for a first-ever collab session that promises fun for adults and children, “Ten Dinosaurs You Never Knew Existed.”

Get ready, Huntsville — the dinosaurs are coming.

Jurassic Quest, billed as the nation’s largest and most realistic dinosaur experience, will bring its Summer Tour to the Von Braun Center June 30–July 2, giving North Alabama families the chance to see life-size prehistoric creatures up close.

From the mighty Tyrannosaurus rex to other fan-favorite dinosaurs, the traveling experience promises interactive exhibits and hands-on activities designed to thrill young explorers and lifelong dino enthusiasts alike.

Before the live tour arrives, families can join the virtual Jurassic Quest “Great Big Dino Playdate” on June 1 in celebration of International Dinosaur Day. The free online event features four 30-minute sessions hosted by popular Jurassic Quest dinosaur trainers, Safari Sarah, Prehistoric Nick, Dino Dustin, and Park Ranger Marty.

One featured session, created in collaboration with the creators of the “I Know Dino” podcast, is titled “Ten Dinosaurs You Never Knew Existed.” Other sessions include dinosaur story time, show-and-tell presentations, and fun facts about prehistoric favorites.

During the June 1 virtual event, viewers can receive 30% off admission to the Huntsville live show by using the discount code DINODAY. While the virtual experience is free, families must register in advance for their selected sessions.

Fans eager for a sneak peek can explore the Jurassic Quest Dino Directory online before the tour’s arrival.

With roaring animatronic dinosaurs, engaging trainers, and interactive learning opportunities, Jurassic Quest promises to turn the Von Braun Center into a prehistoric playground for one unforgettable weekend.
