WHEREAS, an application has been made by Anthony Fisher, d/b/a Southern Comfort Luxury Transportation, LLC., for a certification of public convenience and necessity for the operation of one (1) luxury vehicle in the City of Huntsville, and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 75-243 provides for the publication of a notice that such application has been made and setting a date for a public hearing.
