West Mastin Baptist Church held its Annual Women’s Day Program on Sunday, September 15th, 2024. The event featured various speakers and a strong turnout of women from Huntsville and surrounding areas representing various church denominations.

The program kicked off with a brunch on Saturday, September 14th, 2024. Sis. Doris Hinton (First Lady at WMLBC) spoke on the role of Christian Women.

The following Sunday morning, the program proceeded with Mistresses of Ceremony by Sis. Mary Woods and Sis. Margaret Proctor. Sis. Cynthia Sanders led the devotion, which was followed by songs from the WMLBC choir. This was followed by solos from Sis. Petrilla Proctor and Minister Patricia Parker.

The guest speaker of the hour was WMLBC’s own Sis. Oleatha Waites. She spoke on Christian Women and Sisters Who Cares. This year’s theme was “Living, Serving, and Walking by Faith,” taken from 2nd Corinthians 5:7.

West Mastin Lake Baptist Church, under the leadership of Pastor Willie L. Hinton, Sr., is located at 4705-A Mastin Lake Road in Huntsville.
