Community Champions Step Up to Serve at 2025 Designer Bag Bingo United Way of Madison County proudly announces Kenny Anderson and Joe Martin as local leaders ralllying 50 male servers for the June 17th Designer Bag Bingo fundraiser –supporting women and children through the Quality-of-Life Program at Stovehouse’s Royal & Electric Belle.
Huntsville, Alabama (3.25.2025) – The United Way of Madison County (UWMC) is excited to announce Kenny Anderson and Joe Martin as key Huntsville public figures leading the effort of securing male servers for their 2025 Designer Bag Bingo (DBB) fundraiser. The event is scheduled for Tuesday, June 17, at the Stovehouse Royal & Electric Belle and benefits the Quality-of-Life Program (QOLP) for women and children.
With excellence and service in mind, Anderson and Martin’s local influence and commitment to the community will be instrumental in curating a list of approximately fifty local male servers who will be responsible for attending to over 350 guests at the much-anticipated fundraiser. Each server will also commit to raising $500 to contribute to the QOLP.
ABOUT KENNY ANDERSON
Kenny Anderson has dedicated over four decades to serving the Huntsville community through his impactful roles as a mental health professional, higher education administrator, public servant, and volunteer. His long-standing commitment to the United Way of Madison County is evident in his service as a donor and former board member, where he has held leadership positions such as campaign chair and board chair. Although retired, Kenny remains deeply engaged in his community, championing initiatives that promote access to quality-of-life resources for all. His ongoing efforts reflect a passion for making a difference and fostering positive change. Kenny shared that he is excited to once again participate in Designer Bag Bingo, which further demonstrates his enthusiasm for supporting local causes.
ABOUT JOE MARTIN
Joe Martin, owner of Relentless Positivity Fitness, has been recognized as Huntsville’s Best Personal Trainer, and his gym has been voted the Best Gym in Huntsville.
As a bestselling author, three of his books—”The Wellness Code,” “Relentless Positivity,” and his latest, “You’re Not Who You’re Going to Be”—have hit the Amazon Best Sellers list. He also hosts the Huntsville Hustle Podcast, where he highlights and supports small local businesses.
Most recently, Martin launched Relentless Positivity Mentoring, a program designed for kids ages 10-14. The program helps young people build confidence, improve self-esteem, develop a healthier relationship with their body, and connect with a trusted mentor.

The Quality-of-Life Program is a strategic UWMC initiative that positively impacts our Huntsville/Madison County communities by improving education, health, and financial stability for women and children.
ABOUT DESIGNER BAG BINGO (DBB)
DBB is a twist on the classic game of BINGO. Rather than winning small prizes, like cash or gift certificates, players have the chance to win high-end designer purses that range in prices from $200 to $750+. Tickets are $50/person and go on sale April 1st.
