The Potter’s Hand Church Ministries (983 Indian Creek Road) where Zachary B. Williams is the Pastor celebrated its 32nd Church Anniversary and Founder’s Day on Sunday, the 14th of July at 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. In June of 1994, Dr Eric Peeples along with several former members of Beaver Dam Primitive Church founded and established Beaver Dam Independent Church; the church name was later changed to the Potter’s Hand Church Ministries on June 25th, 2000. On January 21, 2022, Zachary Williams became Senior Pastor of the Potter’s Hand Church Ministries. From its inception, the church has provided and continues to provide spiritual food to its members.

The festivities began on Saturday, with a day for Fun & Fellowship on the church grounds; members and visitors enjoyed a fish fry, grilled hamburger and hotdogs along with the trimmings. There was several friendly competitions (checkers, bingo, etc) among those who at- tended as well as, moon bounces and other activities for the kids.

On Sunday, the 14th of July Pastor Williams delivered the Good News from (Isiah 45:9) entitled “Let the Potter work) at the 10:00 AM service, song service was provided by the Potter’s Hand sanctuary choir. At 3:00 PM, Dr. Fernando Mitchell and Zion Hill M.B. Church of Mendenhall Mississippi were in charge of the service. Dr. Mitchell blessed the awaiting congregation with a message from Mark 2:1-5 entitled “That’s the Goal.”

From its inception, spiritual food has been provided and continues to be provided to it members and visitors. We acknowledge and thank God for His blessing on the Potter’s Hand over the past 32 years.
