Dr. Jacob Oluwoye, a distinguished professor emeritus specializing in transportation and environmental health in Alabama A&M University’s Department of Community and Regional Planning, has been appointed to the Fulbright U.S. Student Program Committee.
Oluwoye is the first AAMU professor selected to serve on the prestigious committee. The Fulbright program funds American citizens pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees to study, conduct research, or teach English abroad in over 140 countries.
