A Huntsville man is facing charges after Madison police said his gun was used by one child to shoot another.
The charges stem from an incident on May 3 at a gas station on 115 Graphics Drive in Madison.
According to police, a child accidently shot another child, with both children less than five years old.
According to police, the child who was shot has been released from the hospital and is expected to make a full recovery.
Madison Police arrested Clarence Edward Turner of Huntsville on Wednesday, on warrants for reckless endangerment and certain persons prohibited to possess a firearm. The gun used in the shooting belonged to Turner, according to police.
He was taken to the Madison County Jail with a bond of $3,000.
