Washington, DC is changing its plans of how it moves homeless residents from tents and encampments around the city, after a homeless resident was accidentally moved while inside of a structure. Officials say the plans came as a result of concern for the health and public safety of those living in the encampments, notably during the pandemic. But as NewsVision’s Alexis Williams reports, some of those affected by plan disagree.
