Hopewell M.B. Church Summer Revival was held July 10-12, 2024, where the Pastor is Rev. Dr. Larry Davidson. The guest speaker for the three nights was Reverend Dr. Victor S. Lewis, Pastor, First Baptist Church Fairfield, AL.

On Monday night, his first sermon was “When Church Is Boring,” from Colossians 3: 16-17. Then on Tuesday night, the sermon was “Growing On the Vine” from John 15:1-8. Lastly, Wednesday’s Night sermon was “Winning Over Worry” from Philippians 4:6-7.

Pastor Dr. Victor S. Lewis left the “Well” with Golden Nuggets from John 1:1, which says, “In the beginning was the Word.” There is power in the Word of God! Hopewell encourages all to take God wherever they go. Jesus is the Word. We, as believers, must be fruitful and tend to the Master’s garden. Jesus is the true vine. Let’s stop worrying, saints, and thank and trust God; count your blessings.

Hopewell prays that all attendees were refreshed and renewed in faith and spirit. God will take care of us all and give us perfect peace, whose minds have stayed on him. Hallelujah!
