A Friday-night shooting in Gadsden left one man dead and another in jail.
The shooting happened about 11:30 p.m. in the 2800 block of Cambron Street.
Sgt. Marcus Hill said they found Juan Jaramillo with a gunshot wound in driveway. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
John Wesley Davidson, 24, was arrested on the scene and subsequently charged with murder.
A motive has not yet been disclosed. The investigation is ongoing.
Davidson is being held in the Etowah County Jail on $500,000 bond.
