The panel discussion was spearheaded by the Cornell University concurrent session titled “Food Safety Extension Efforts for Small-Scale Urban Agriculture.” Chaverest presented along with two of her colleagues and collaborating project partners which included Dr. Camila Rodrigues, Assistant Professor and Food Safety Extension Specialist and Mr. Billy Mitchell, OTI Project Manager-Florida Organic Growers.
