Church of the Highlands, the largest church in Alabama, purchased around 27 acres off State Highway 181 in Daphne for a new, permanent campus in coastal Alabama.

According to public records, in July the church bought the land from Malbis Plantation, Inc., care of Stirling Properties. The land was purchased for nearly $4.6 million.
