Americans are serious about hot sauce– well, depending on where you live, at least.

Online grocery platform Instacart analyzed purchase data to examine Americans’ hot sauce preferences. A glance at the data shows the top brands sold in the U.S. last year were Frank’s Red Hot, Cholula, Tabasco and Texas Pete.

The report also includes a state-by-state breakdown of the most popular hot sauce in every state, based on the hot sauce for each brand purchased on Instacart in a given state compared to the national average. The company also revealed which states buy the most and least hot sauce.

Here are America’s favorite hot sauces based on Instacart’s numbers:

1) Frank’s RedHot

2) Choula

3) Tabasco

4) Texas Pete

5) Burman’s

6) Tapatio

7) Louisiana Hot Sauce

8) Huy Fong Sriracha

9) Valentina

10) Crystal

Instacart also broke down the most popular hot sauce in each state. Frank’s Red Hot was the most popular in the northeast. Texas Pete was the most popular in Georgia and the Carolinas. In much of the South, including Alabama, Louisiana Hot Sauce reigned supreme– except in Louisiana– where the winner was Tabasco.
