The Andrew and Abbiegail Hugine Living Learn- ing Complex also has two wings named in their honor.

AAMU opened the $30 million state-of-the-art, 572-bed residence hall on Meridian Street in 2018.

The Hugines served AAMU as President and First Lady from July 2009 through December 2021.
