A north Alabama man has been charged in the 2015 shooting deaths of a man, a woman and the woman’s unborn child.

Travis Eric Fallows, 35, is charged with four counts of capital murder, Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall announced Wednesday.

Fallows was served with the indictment Wednesday and is being held without bond.

He is charged in slayings of Gary Baskins, 25, Kayla Glover, 23, and Glover’s unborn child.

The deadly shooting happened Jan. 24, 2015, outside Jody’s Restaurant on Alabama Highway 20 in Muscle Shoals. The victims were in a vehicle when they were killed.

Shaun Michael Ryan was indicted on the same charges in the case in 2021, court records show. His trial is set for Aug. 19.

The investigation was led by the attorney general’s investigations division and the Muscle Shoals police department.

If convicted, Fallows faces the death penalty or a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole, Marshall said.
