Two men are behind bars, accused of using ice cream to try to lure children in a Cullman County park.

Robert Lee Hollis, 46, and Andrei Anatolyahch Gouchthine, 37, are charged with second-degree kidnapping, according to Sheriff Matt Gentry. Both men live in Cullman.

Sheriff’s deputies on Sunday were dispatched to Sportsman Lake Park on a report of two men watching and following children around inside the park.

Gentry said the men allegedly used ice cream cones in an attempt to lure children away with them.

Both men were quickly taken into custody. They are being held without bond in the Cullman County Detention Center.

The sheriff said the investigation is ongoing.
