Federal Highway Administrator Shailen Bhatt and Alabama officials celebrated a $550 million grant for the I-10 Bayway/Mobile River Bridge Project Monday at the National Maritime Museum of the Gulf of Mexico in Mobile.

“Transportation is one of the areas as Americans that we can truly come together on,” Bhatt said. “What’s good for Alabama is good for the nation.”
