On or about 7/19/2024 the City of Huntsville, Alabama will submit a request to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the release of Community Development Block Grant funds under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended, to undertake a project known as 1804 Niblick Ave NW – Rehab, for the purpose to rehabilitate an existing single family home to a decent, safe, and sanitary level for the low to moderate income homeowner.
