BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, a municipal corporation within the State of Alabama, as follows: 1. That, in the judgment and opinion of the City Council of the City of Huntsville, and pursuant to its powers under Alabama Code §11-47-21, the certain parcel of land described in Exhibit “A,” which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, (the “Property”) is surplus to the needs of the City of Huntsville.
