The City of Huntsville, Alabama, is required to prepare a Consolidated Plan every five years, which is a detailed analysis of the City’s housing and non-housing needs, available resources, and the plan in place to utilize those resources. The plan includes a five-year Strategic Plan, a one-year Annual Action Plan, and the Consolidated Plan’s implementation tools for addressing the identified needs. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds are received from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The following projects are for CDBG and HOME funds in the Annual Action Plan for Program Year 2024 (7/1/24 to 6/30/25).
