WHEREAS, an application has been made by Junior Jordon d/b/a A 24 Seven Taxi, a certification of public convenience and necessity for the operation of eight (8) taxicabs in the City of Huntsville, and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 75-243 provides for the publication of a notice that such application has been made and setting a date for a public hearing.
