When Cupid and other performing artists takes the stage at the Alabama A&M Homecoming 1875 After Party, mastering the line dance moves won’t be the only priority. Proceeds from the late-night event will support the AAMU Student Emergency Fund.

“It’s a party with a purpose,” says Dr. Pamela Little, Executive Director of the Office of Multicultural Affairs. “We’re excited to introduce this new tradition in connection with Homecoming while providing direct support to some of our most vulnerable students.”

The Office of Multicultural Affairs established the Student Emergency Fund program to provide quick-response funds to enrolled students who face short-term financial emergencies. AAMU recently announced Cupid as headline entertainment for the 1875 After Party. More event and artist details will be released soon.
