BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council and the City of Huntsville, Alabama as follows: (a) That the business licensure for the taxpayer (for each line of business) in Case No 402 be and the same hereby revoked, thereby precluding renewal thereof, for a period up to and including 36 months; and
