BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Alabama as follows: Section 1. Article II (“Air Pollution”) of Chapter 12 (“Environmental Management”) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, as adopted by the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Alabama on the 15th day of December 2022, is hereby amended to read as follows:
